2015 Summer Mixer

The BRBA was proud to present Tim Keaton, the new Chief Marketing Officer of Brother Rice High School, at its summer mixer at 220 Merrill Restaurant. Mr. Keaton talked about news at Brother Rice High School and his role as CMO.

The BRBA supports the mission of Brother Rice High School by creating business and career opportunities within the Brother Rice community by linking its alumni, current parents, past parents, faculty, friends and students in a professional networking environment.

TIM KEATON: As part of Brother Rice's commitment to strengthening the school’s ability to deliver the promise of developing More Complete Men, both today and into the future, they have taken a successful business approach and created the role of Chief Marketing Officer and recently hired Tim Keaton to fill the role. Tim joined the team officially in March of this year. Prior to joining Brother Rice, he spent over 20 years at Campbell Ewald, where he ran the Chevrolet advertising and marketing business. During his tenure there, he also ran Campbell Ewald's California operations where he was responsible for developing marketing for Kaiser Permanente, a large healthcare insurer and provider that is dominant on the West Coast. He also has spent time as Head of Brand and Product marketing at a division of the Whirlpool Corp. and operated his own marketing practice in Traverse City. Tim was born and raised in Battle Creek Michigan and attended Michigan State University. He and his wife have lived in the Birmingham-Bloomfield area for over 25 years, where they have raised three children.
